Account & Data Deletion
This page provides clear instructions and submission mechanisms to request the deletion of your Alphabulls Capital account and personal data across our mobile applications (iOS and Android) and website, in accordance with Apple App Store Guidelines, Google Play User Data Policy, and SEBI regulations.
Option A: In-App Deletion (Instant)
If you have installed the Alphabulls Capital mobile app on iOS or Android:
- Open the Alphabulls Capital app and navigate to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the Data & Privacy section at the bottom.
- Tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm your request in the confirmation prompt. Your active session will terminate immediately.
Option B: Web Request (Without App Access)
If you no longer have access to the mobile app, you can initiate account deletion by emailing our Compliance Desk:

Subject: Account & Data Deletion Request
Requirements: Please send the request from your registered subscriber email address.
What Data Is Deleted
- Your subscriber authentication records, login tokens, and active sessions.
- Device push notification tokens and inbox alert histories.
- Your saved preferences, watchlist entries, and user interface customizations.
Mandatory Regulatory Record Retention (SEBI)
As a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Umang Rajesh Bhutada, Registration No. INH000023001), Alphabulls Capital is statutorily mandated under Regulation 24 of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 to maintain transaction logs, advisory recommendations, KYC compliance records, and fee payment receipts for a minimum statutory period of 5 (five) years.
These regulatory audit records are kept securely segregated and strictly offline from active marketing or operational databases, and are retained solely for regulatory audit and compliance obligations.
