Refund Policy

1. Overview

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for the paid period of services already availed by the client. Complaints or dissatisfaction regarding the quality of services during the paid period shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.

At Alphabulls Capital, we are committed to providing professional research services and to ensure transparency we have established the following policies.

2. Termination of Service & Pro-Rata Refund

Termination of service and refund of fees:

• The Research Analyst (“RA”) may suspend or terminate the rendering of research services to the client on account of suspension or cancellation of the registration of the RA by SEBI. In such cases, the RA shall refund the residual amount to the client.
• In case of suspension of the certificate of registration of the RA for more than 60 (sixty) days or cancellation of the RA registration, the RA shall refund the fees, on a pro rata basis, for the period from the effective date of cancellation / suspension till the end of the subscription period.

3. General Refund Policy

Except in cases of regulatory suspension / cancellation as specified above, there is no refund possible in any case whatsoever. Once a payment has been made and services have been activated, the amount is non-refundable.

5. Quick Summary

• Refund allowed only in case of SEBI suspension / cancellation of RA registration for more than 60 days.
• Refund is on a pro-rata basis for the remaining subscription period.
• For all other scenarios, fees are entirely non-refundable.
