Centralised collection: Official payments must be routed through SEBI CeFCoM channels or official portal gateways. Cash collections or transfers to personal staff banks are prohibited.
No Refunds: Subscription fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances once the advisory desk activates credentials or transmits research reports.

6. Zero Tolerance Redistribution Policy

Leaking, sharing, forwarding, or distributing our research recommendations, screenshot logs, or PDF newsletters to external groups (such as public WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, Discord servers, or personal blogs) is strictly prohibited. We employ digital watermarking tracking algorithms on all emails and SMS recommendations. Violators will face immediate subscription termination without refund and legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms, and any disputes arising from your use of this service, are subject to the laws of the Republic of India. All legal escalations, if unresolved by the Compliance Officer, must be registered on the SEBI SCORES portal or SMART ODR portal. Legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India.
